Its Deep River!

Many years ago, my heart, fell into a deep river, and oh, my soul, fathoms the breathless depth of its ocean. The nuances of its essence keeps, from my being it seeps, breathless every night my soul sleeps. Deeper in my heart falls, more profound the river’s echo calls. Years ago, my heart dove into a deep river, now, drowning how my soul breathes. Within its deepness, my soul gasp in its overflow, living elated within its immersive state, more exceedingly my heart’s breathlessness shows. Some time ago, my heart jumped into a deep river. Wholehearted the lunge, to the depth this river, my soul made the bottomless plunge. Never pondering sink or swim, just desiring if provoked would, be the water stirred within what could, be my soul’s fathomable breath. Love’s endless river, my heart knows it a fathomless ocean. Every day, by the riverside, love waits for my soul, at the edge of tomorrow. Beckoning heart to come, spill into its deep river. And together, traverse the breadth of love’s peaceful shores. And when, forevermore finds me drowned, in its measureless bliss. My soul deeply knowing, love’s deep river wasn’t impressed when I fell, when I dove, or when I jumped. The only thing that truly mattered, when my heart, breathlessly descended!

Further!

The further, nostalgic moments tug heartstrings, the further, it propels enduring love’s trajectory. Love’s endearing reach, its profound depth does teach, heart to heart breadth compels. Each its own, what furthers the tether, what emboldens whether. True love, boldly go, further than any insignificant plateaus, love isn’t tic tac toe. Though, love attains, one thing remains, further it must still proceed, unrestrained. Furtherance, undergirded by the essence of its relevance. The further love goes, indicative of the place it’s always been; consistent. Its genuineness, furthers its benevolence, deepens its brilliance; years later, furthering its resilience. No heart, could ever drown breathlessly within love, without, first submerging yourself in its ocean. Deeper in love one’s heart goes, more alive one’s soul becomes. Love’s longevity, needs no epiphany, of its necessity. It just, waits for the opportunity, to fulfill its destiny. Intentional love, sees greater than peripheral, beyond horizons. To furthermore; lend aid, step up its aim, cultivate relations, advance love, nurture camaraderie, encouraging the heart to go, further!

This One, For You!

With every encounter, let love be. In just a smile, to captivate the heart. A love that sparkles, twinkles endlessly, capturing every gaze. A soul fluttering, a heart with wings. Spread wide, for you’re a, beauty butterfly. Love the real, the deal, the meal; food for the soul. A love you can hold, the heaven’s divine, what you get to behold. Every starry gaze, the breath taken for days. A heart, watching from a far, for another moment. To draw even closer, show what’s loved… profoundly. Layer, on layers; how love builds, the strongest foundation. Easing the fear, strong love, won’t be able to stand the test… time. Love, too important to let any kind of whether, cast any doubts. Love is forever, let it soar to heights unknown. Love is the gift, deserving to be regifted… over and over. Let it glean, let it learn, from your being. New depths, your heart breathless needing to discover. My friends, is your heart constantly thinking of ways, to love on others… just because? If you’re hurting, feeling discouraged, just need a shoulder. You’re not alone, I’ve been there, and can walk with you. The way out, is to go through… to the other side. May love keep your heart, where the light is. My love, my heart, my soul; thought of you today. So, I wrote this one, for you!

The Secret; What?

What? From about the time my wife and I, reached our twenty fifth anniversary. People have asked me this question; what is “The Secret,” to a lasting marriage? Even this week, I was asked this question. A few years ago, I decided to write; what I believe to be a simplistic thought. Whenever I get asked the question, my answer is always the same; “LOVE THE ONE YOU’RE WITH!” That’s my take, love will never be perfect; there’s no right method, no secrets. To me, it’s not about finding the right person; “but you become the right Love, for them.” There’s no secret love, just simply love the one you’re with. Too many people, rely on their feelings to guide them; when it’s the heart, that truly knows best!

You can never make someone love you, but you can make yourself truly love them; for better or worse. I also look at it like this; “even if you don’t always Feel the Love, still continue to Give Love!” You can help change a heart, when you truly know how to first change a mind; Yours! That’s probably, “the secret;” that seems to elude so many hearts. One important key for me, a love bound within a three strand cord; not easily broken, the spiritual element. You need to make up within your own heart, that you will love them forever. Never to question, if they in turn; will also love you the same? Sometimes, it can seem like the relationship is oil and water. But even water can turn into wine, and the oil can anoint. Give the union time, to turn into a true blessing!

For me, the question was never about her heart; but mine. The only heart, I have true influence over; change starts within. So, the question you need to ask yourself is this; are you truly willing to love them; until death… do you part? Search within, truthfully ask yourself a simple question. Is Valentines Day, the only day you remember; to celebrate the one you love? Or do you love that 365 days, you get the opportunity to appreciate; the one you get to celebrate? When you have truly discovered how to love completely. You might just find, that love is not really a secret; but a choice, a matter of the heart. So come closer, let me whisper into your heart. If you truly need to know “The Secret”… to a long lasting love; the What, is you!

The Unyielding Love!

It doesn’t take bravery to love, true courage is choosing to stay; in love, come what may. Boldness will move a heart forward, but faithfulness is what makes the love forever. Stand up against fear… of commitment, it’s not about resistance. Sometimes the line gets blurred, and we lose sight of what we’re truly resisting; sometimes love is what gets caught in the middle. When sorrow tries to steal the joy, when division comes creeping; make sure the love is never shaken. Don’t let fear get a hold, let forever be the bond; never broken!

Strength of character, takes bravery. Fear will never stand a chance, when the fight to resist; is not within your heart. Choosing to love forever, is not an act of valor. So many say their love is fearless, but when the struggle gets too real. Strength to stand on your commitment, becomes the first characteristic; a yielding heart abandons. True Love doesn’t yield to fear, but stands its ground; fortified by the bond. Fortitude, determination; the boldness to take a stand. It takes faith to steady the heart, but boldly stand; upon the love!

The Secret!

Someone asked me the question; “what’s my secret to a long lasting marriage?” Without hesitating, I said; “there’s no real secret!” Then I followed it up by saying; “JUST LOVE THE ONE YOU’RE WITH!” Love will never be perfect, for it’s not about finding the right person; “but you becoming the right person… for them!” There is no secrets to real love, just love the one you’re with!

Too many people rely on their feelings to guide them; when it’s the heart that truly knows best! You can never make someone love you, but you can make yourself completely love them; for better or for worse! I also look at it like this; “even if you don’t always feel the love, still continue to give the love!” You can help change a heart, when you truly know how to change a mind; Yours! That’s probably the, “secret;” that seems to elude so many hearts!

You just need to make up within your heart that you will love them forever, and never question; if they will also love you forever? For me the question was never about her heart, but mine; “change first starts within!” So the question you need to ask yourself is this; “are you willing to love them, until death do you part?” So search within your heart and truthfully ask yourself the question; is valentines a day you remember to celebrate the one you love, or do you love that every day you get the opportunity to appreciate; the one you get to celebrate?

So go ahead and honor them on that very special day, but also celebrate them; on the other 364 days of the year. For when you have discovered how to love completely. You would have finally found that love has never been a secret; “but a matter of the heart!” So come closer, let me whisper into your heart; “the secret to love has always been… within you!”
