Wednesday Proverb; Love Wide Open!

Beyond life’s frustrations, within confusing times, lies the nuances of love. Beyond the bliss, within the mist, moments in life come down to this, the width of your love. Does distance, overcome the miles? We distance ourselves, choose not to walk a mile… The mind races, the heart paces. The back and forth within our heart; to love, or not to love. A heart distracted, while the mind is still racing… to finish the thought, what the heart should be answering. Within the breadth, we discover the depth; how deep the love? When the heart is opened up, love will examine the soul. An open mind, not the same as an open heart. Thoughts are fickle, they come, they go. But good or bad, a made up heart, resolute in its conviction. Love more than a sentiment, becomes a statement. Seeing the evidence, makes the encounter, love not open to interpretation. Its clarity, reveals itself with no selfish gain. True love, willing to sacrifice, deeply giving of its self. The journey to find, freedom for our humanity to know, the beauty it holds. What heart would resist, knowing a love so beautiful? Love’s definition, meaningless if it doesn’t; define the heart and soul. “A heart is a house for love, and I’ve learned; that it doesn’t take much to build it up.” An open door, an open window… into. A love wide open, a heart exposed!

      1. I absolutely LOVE it Warren. I have a huge collection too, especially between my husband and me (LPs, 45’s, cassettes, CD’s). Not sure if it is near 4000, but I reckon we could be close. But that goes back to when music had a message and beat for the good of humanity. Those lyrics still resonate today. Much appreciated! 🎵✨🎶 Sounds like you have one heck of a library my friend! 🥰
