Love, you don’t desire for me to try harder, but deep down, harder is what my soul believes my heart needs to try. True love would pay the ultimate price over and over — passion never counts the cost; every moment invested into love’s intimacy, would surely yield a wholehearted benefit. Love, you don’t desire that I should put you first; but first within my heart is where I know you deeply belong. You don’t forcefully desire of my heart anything, but whenever you so desire, you can have my every breath. Love, you don’t desire for me to always get it right, but getting it right should always be my absolute desire. You don’t desire lavished gifts, but this one thing my soul deeply desires: gift the best of my heart.

Beautifully expressed. True love isn’t about trying to earn what is freely given, but allowing that love to change our hearts.
