Wednesday Proverb; What If?

What if, we could be truly honest, let our love resound true? What if, we stopped holding our breath, would our soul be then able to exhale… the breadth of love? What if, kindness became more than a random act, would actions and words speak equally? What if, we truly respected boundaries, would our love be more open, our heart not built so many walls? What if, unconditional love these days, didn’t come with so many conditions; whether, wouldn’t always seem clouded? What if, sharing wasn’t bittersweet, would love be so sweet, words could never leave a proverbial bitter taste? What if, perceive didn’t deceive, would love’s truth be received wholeheartedly, despite differences? What if, the fabric of love was more than the feeling, the texture more profound than the perception? What if, love became more than a flickering light, but the lighthouse beaming, illuminating that deep love is an ocean; that doesn’t change with the tide, but helps hearts find its way, even in the darkest times? What if, love was what it was meant to be; the substantive story, not a subjective tale? Words would refrain, the heart would restrain, harmony would sustain, love would deeply reign; humanity would attain… What, not If, love’s harmonious expression!
