Lead me, to life’s opportunity, to love’s epiphany. Lead me, to the right decision, position my heart, within the breadth of unmovable stasis, its breathless oasis. Every single breath taken, liken it to a thousand reaps of your might, ten thousand steps of the enlightened way. Its poetic sway, be silent rivers flow, soulful cast its glow, seeping the essence of love’s overflow. Take my breath, to extraordinary places, take dreams, where hopes fathom deep spaces. Help me see, I’m empowered to be a light in darkened times. Help my soul go the distance, a racing heart doesn’t focus on being first, but constant. Escort me through the valleys, help my faith climb mountains. Steer my heart, down winding roads, direct the way beyond forked pathways, to new horizons. Flutter this thing in my chest, give my soul wings to soar, to never keep score. Shepherd my soul, guide my humanity, accompany my destiny. Led by You, hope is never lost, within one’s soul. The question is this, if your not willing to let love take you by the heart, to have its sway? Would the soul of your benevolence be, a book with its pages easily read, or through the lens of love, a heart truly led?
