Here!

Poetry 1 Minute

Right here, this place, the crevices of my soul. Where my heart wants to be, my soul needs You to be. Here, so close to me, no space in between, stay. Until, tears wash away all my defenses, love silences any lingering fear, forever won’t meet us here. Love’s every encounter, feeling like heaven to me. Here, my soul caught up in love’s rapture, in love being, naturally so. My heart, doesn’t want to seem so laid back, but, pressed deeply up against your love, where my soul loves so to be. Here, I lay my soul down, knowing no shadow of a doubt, this love can ever be shaken; stirred. Here, love’s peace my silent river, an ocean so overwhelming, so breathtakingly deep to sea(e). A  soul, on a quest to fathom love’s true meaning; a heart, finding ways to be in perpetuity here, in love. Here, love illuminates, its breadth enlightens. In that moment, time has no existence, neither, my heart putting up any resistance. You don’t have to be here, you never stroll far from my thoughts. In my soul, I feel your love near. In my heart, earnestly it keeps me company, here. Whenever, love strikes its chord, heartstrings tug my soul. Sweetest of lullabies, echoing profoundly, swaying breathlessly; heart and soul. The imaginable made possible, undeniable made beautiful, Here!

I believe that our soul is a piece of God, and God desires to reunite with it as a vapor in the wind is captured in the atmosphere, intermingled where there is no difference between them but they are one. Even as a river flows into the sea, or a waterfall as it disconnects into the air as it falls. God wants us to be one with him too.

    1. Love indeed! I had a moment earlier in the week, my heart feeling overwhelmed, by the love that anchors my soul. Prompting my heart’s pen, love met me Here… held me within the moment! Be Blessed!
