Celebrate Your Resilience: Small Wins and Inner Strength

We all have things that we have made it through, more than what you don’t let anyone know. They may not be monumental, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t celebrate the small wins nevertheless. Celebrate you, for the courage to spread your wings and rise like an eagle. We so often pour out the best of ourselves, forgetting we need to spiritually fill back up our own cup. The scars that cut deep don’t define; they help to refine your resilience. If you’re still finding your way, and no one is there to cheer you on? Clap for yourself, for all the times you held on: faith made that small victory possible. Even though you can’t see what tomorrow will bring, celebrate the fact that through every storm your heart faces, your inner strength has never wavered. And, even though it’s hard sometimes, to find a moment within the business of the day to just exhale. Every day, take a moment to celebrate you, for giving your own heart the love it irrevocably needs to be.

  1. So few of us rarely know how to celebrate ourselves, thank you for reminding us that we can and should.

    David said…

“…Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance…”
    Psalm 42:5
