First, I would like to thank all those who have nominated me for an award, I truly do appreciate all the love, support and recognition. Over the past month I’ve been nominated for a few awards, some I have declined. My schedule is crazy busy, and it’s been very difficult to find the time to participate in these awards. That said, if time permits; from time to time will accept, and post when possible. For all those who have nominated me, I will be posting throughout this month. Thank you for all the love!

1. What is your favourite season, and why?
• I love all the seasons, why; because every season in life that we get to live and breathe, is another day that’s a gift from God!
2. What is your favourite musical artist?
• The not too long ago departed, Whitney Houston!
3. What is your ultimate career goal?
• No ultimate career goals. For the past thirty years, I believe that God has been preparing my heart to be an influence; this rapidly changing world!
4. Where is your favourite place to visit?
• I would love to visit Israel.
5. If you could have any type of pet, what would it be, and why?
• My kids had pets growing up; fish, birds, cats. My schedule is way too busy to have a pet!
6. Who’s Museum or amusement park?
• Amusement park!
7. “The ends never justify the means.” Do you agree with this statement?
• ABSOLUTELY!
8. What would be your advice to someone who has had their heart broken?
• My advice is that, God is a friend to the brokenhearted; seek His heart, find comfort within His love!
9. What do you like most about writing in your blog?
• Sharing what’s within my heart; God’s Love!
10. What do you like about my blog (and how could it improve?)
• You blog has wonderful content. To improve and have more engagement, I will give the advice my wife gave me; less is more… impactful (she as right)!

• To me this award is about giving a bit of insight into the heart of the nominee, and to spread a bit of… sunshine 🌞; to hearts that may be in a dark place!

If I said that I’m constantly trying to change my way of thinking, just so my heart can be in the position; to truly be everything it needs to be. Would everyone think that sounds a bit dramatic, or that my kind of thinking is a bit over the top? My heart will never be perfect, but whenever my soul gets moved; the positioning of my heart, feels absolutely perfect. Sure, my mind might be down with O.C.D; but God’s love, is what changed my heart!
The obsessive-compulsive disorder, is the name that becomes the sticky side of this label; I know a name, that covers labels. So no one should ever try to put me in a box. Slap a label on my heart, thinking they have my heart figured out. I may be obsessive, with trying to have a clean heart; nothing I do, will ever be compulsive. I’m just trying to get to the heart of what matters; keeping my heart keenly focused, on God’s love. I admit, I do have an irresistible urge; to make sure that my heart is absolutely right, with God!
How can anyone ever truly call this a disorder? Is it because I’m just not willing to compromise my heart, or accept a lower standard? Call it what you will, I will allow my heart to be shifted daily; until it’s forever lined up with the truth. This not a state of mind factor, but absolutely a state of heart; positioning. Yes, I absolutely do have an uncontrollable desire to fix; the things that are just not right, within my heart. For me, it’s never been about getting it perfect; but about adjusting my thinking. God will do the rest, with His love!
My heart is Constant, constantly seeking and searching; for ways to improve. Day after day I’ve come to realize, that it’s God’s love; that truly compels my heart. My heart is flexible enough to give all, but all the pressure in the world; will never cause me to change my belief system. I will forever be a square peg; no matter how much others try, my heart will never fit into a round hole. Being Over the top will never be obsessive, when it’s the repositioning that truly Counts. This can be seen as normal, when we truly learn that this is not about perfection. But how to love, with just the little Details; we so often overlook!
You are Alpha, Omega, first and last; where love began, Your love will never have an end.
You are Master, Savior, King. The Glory among us, the glory that forever surrounds us.
You are Peace, the Prince of; stillness of heart, will forever be our peace.
You are our Strength, we shall stand strong within that strength; with the heart of an overcomer.
In Jesus, that’s where the power is; the power to do anything. To Him we are everything, in Him we have the power to be anything; make His love be your everything. Jesus, our world needs You; You are Everything!
Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
The battles you face, they may plague your mind; but they will never defeat your heart. You are the victor, not a victim. You can have the victory; the faith within, that’s your overcomer!
The mountains you see, though they stand in the way; your heart can still rise above. Let your faith soar above, that which clouds your heart. Conquer your fears, even if it’s a faith so small. Activate your faith, your heart is more than a conqueror; faith makes you an overcome!
If your faith only reaches to the sky, let God’s love fill the gap. Let His love show you that you are a star. Let His love be the universe, that surrounds your world. Let His love make your heart an overcomer!
If you find yourself in a valley, let God’s love be the strength within your heart. Don’t let the shadows be your focus, cast away the fears; the shadow is only a reflection. Make hope the light, that shines the brightest within the darkness!
Overcome with the power within, overcome with the faith deep down. Anchor your soul with a thankful heart; be the overcomer, you are!

Within my heart, that’s where Your thunder hides. Striking, that just a simple way to explain Your love. My heart knows that it’s been absolutely struck by Your love. Once a day, that would absolutely be a lie. Constantly, to others that would be absolutely shocking, but to me; Your love is just fierce!
My heart, tried to outrun Your love, but now my soul is trying to fathom the depth of Your heart? Even knowing the height and width, would have never prepared my heart; to be so moved by the length and breadth. Your love is like a massive tidal wave, colliding over and over with my heart. Oh God, Your love is so fierce!
Like a hurricane, my heart just can’t escape. Your love chased me down, seeks me out. How could I have not known; that Your love just wants to take my heart to higher heights. Your love is tearing through my soul; ripping away the flesh. Tornado, that word doesn’t describe; Your love is that fierce!
Blazing, Your love is ablaze within my heart. Backdraft, Your love is so much more than a phenomenon. Your fire consumes my air, but yet; Your love is also my oxygen. Take all the air within my lungs, open up my heart. Let there be an everlasting explosion, until Your love becomes the only air; not toxic to my soul.
Hold me, right there, right there; Your love is touching my heart. Relentlessly pursue my heart, catch this tiger by the tail; until my love too, becomes fierce!
Many rivers, that’s what so many hearts have cried. So many bridges they’ve had to build, but so many still can’t bring themselves to cross; the bridges are broken hearts. So the river becomes a flood, deep within the soul. So many hearts, are just trying not to be swept away. Fear becomes the anchor, loneliness is the sure; but becoming just another river!
So many rivers, flowing is the silent river, raging is the current. Hearts are drowning; the river became the deep blue. Can they ever find a way to get over… it won’t be so easy; if they continue to cry themselves a river. So many rivers, but there’s still the cross… over on the other side. You can get there, there you will discover; that you can find so much strength, within a river!
Whenever you feel the water becoming a stream, and it’s flowing down into your soul; let your river flow into the cliffs of the rock. I know that you’ve seen so many rivers, but all rivers have a way to get across. Your soul will never be washed up, your burdens will just be washed away. There’s a reason for life, there’s a reason for your life. Even if you feel lost, you can still find your heart alive; at the cross I point!
Let the King of your heart, be the reason why you want to cross. Let His love be the fountain, you drink from, the song that sings within your soul. The wind for why you sail, your anchor; secure within the waves. You have no reason to fear, don’t be afraid to be drowned within God’s love. Revival can be yours within the river, just say; flow river flow!
The king’s heart is in the hand of the LORD, Like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes.
Whenever the night tries to hold on to my soul. My heart awakens within the darkness, to assure my soul; the light is the anchor that holds. So I opened up my heart; the night gives way to the dawn. The anchor that grips my heart, it’s within the solid rock that steadies my soul. My heart is now locked within a gaze, anchored forever within a love; a love anchor deep within my soul. My soul is free, and my heart is forever nailed to the rock; where the anchor holds!
When the storm of life rages, peace has always been the stillness. The waves rise, but the tide has already turned. My heart finds rest within a calm, knowing the anchor holds. So I walk by faith, what I see; will only be on the surface, of what can truly be. Watered down, will never be my soul; my heart will never be shipwrecked, because I know the anchor holds!
Heavy sometimes becomes my heart, but my soul is forever attached to a hope; that the anchor will forever hold. The chains have been broken, cast aside are the irons; to a heart that knows how to be broken, gracefully. God’s love is the moor, my heart is just a vessel. Anchored to the rock will my heart truly be. Free, yes, my soul will forever be; to the rock that never ages. Firm and securely fasten for years has been my soul. My heart is built on only one foundation; that God’s love will forever be the cornerstone. The truth, my soul now holds on to; anchored, that will forever be my heart!
The banner, let God’s love forever be your banner. Let it not be just a lovely slogan, or something designed just to show. Let love be shown throughout our hearts, a true demonstration of love!
Let the banner be displayed within the window, let the world see into your soul. Let it announce the presence of a love, let the banner reveal how you truly feel; this love is King!
Let the banner be not just a feel good sign, that looks good. Let it not just be a posted note, stuck on the banner; but lacking stickability. Love is the glue, but a heart without true love will show signs; that it’s not a banner, but just a poster!
So plant your heart as a flag of love; let it fly higher, let it forever shine brighter. Show that the banner of love, is the highest flying banner within your heart. Show that your banner of love represents true royalty, the true monarchy; King Jesus!
A banner that flutters within your heart, a banner that is a display for your soul. A banner of true excellence, with an outstanding quality. The heading; The King is Among Us. Jesus Christ is our Banner; His Love Will Forever Reign!
Moses built an altar, and called it; The Lord is my Banner!
How do I get to the heart of the matter? One song writer says to; “Get Jiggy with it,” but I know that it’s not that simple. I love a good mystery, so why can’t I see what’s right in front of me, better yet; how do I fix the pieces? When I first believed that I could, it was so clear within my heart and mind; but now I’m not too sure, if I even have it within me? This is a mess; life can make things seem scattered into so many pieces. I can clearly see what I have to do, so why can’t I seem to get it right? This is absolutely frustrating, truly puzzling; that I can’t figure this out, but I’m absolutely determined to make this work!
Nobody said that it was going to be easy, and I’m not going to allow myself to fall to pieces over this; quitting is not an option. Spirit, help; me to rely on you, guide my heart. My eyes may not always see clearly, but if a heart is truly open; all mysteries shall be revealed. My heart knew how to see the big picture. The struggle was never about seeing, but having the faith to believe; in what only a heart can truly see!
So I took a step back, to start with the end in mind; to know what my heart is truly trying to see? Even if you could get the pieces to fit perfectly, you would still have to do it over and over; if you decide to just put your heart back into a box. God’s love is the key; to know what is true perfection. Puzzling, isn’t it, that a heart thinks that because it gets close to God. The heart now becomes the key; to unlock the puzzles within a heart!
Even relationships are like a puzzle; when you think that you’ve got it all figured out. You still need to put the right pieces into place, just so your heart knows; to see real love, your heart always needs to be vertical. Yeah, it’s hard at times to see clearly, but with true dedication. Even the small pieces; helps to make all things, work together. All that’s truly needed, is just a little faith; to give you those unforgettable aha moments. To know that God’s love is the unseen hand, that moves our hearts. Giving us the ability; to put all the pieces, into the right places!
