Luther’s, Lyrical Montage!

Anthem of the heart, what leaves an impression on the soul, residue of an enduring legacy, a life lived. What, does it truly mean to dream, the Impossible Dream; one’s heart, running into places, the brave dare not go? Can, Any Love find its way, moved by love’s sway? Everyone, needs love no doubt, for every soul, would feel so alone without. Everybody, hopes to someday find love’s bliss, but first, wrap your heart around this. Here and Now, promise to love faithfully. Little Miracles, happen every day; you just, need to be a heart with its love true. Always and Forever, love in your own special way; melt every heart with a smile. Just that, tells them you really care, a heart that would dare; to let your love shine. I believe, in the Power of Love. Every daughter’s heart, moment tethered to their soul’s mate, the request; Dance with My Father. Knowing, A House is Not a Home, without love. It’s, So Amazing, to be loved; how it tugs at the heart, like a stringed instrument. And, when love’s absolutely pure, it feels like a lyrical ballad; saying. Love, it’s All About You, not about me. “There is no one more beautiful, than you are to me, and I am proud to know, I’m here by your side. Let my love be the sway, the sunshine that brightens up your way,” what, a faithful heart provides. Becoming two hearts, two hearts beating as one, love!

Luther Ronzoni Vandross Jr, 1951-2005. He was an American soul and R&B singer, songwriter, and record producer, widely known as the “Velvet Voice”. He sold over 40 million records worldwide, achieved eleven consecutive RIAA-certified platinum albums, and won eight Grammy Awards, including Song of the Year in 2004 for “Dance with My Father”. He was also inducted into the National Rhythm & Blues Hall of Fame and the Grammy Hall of Fame.

This post, a montage of some of my favorite Luther songs. Something, I’ve been looking to write for the last few years, but haven’t had the time. Like so many other artists, whose voices have left a lasting impression. Whitney Houston, Kenny Rogers, who I’ve written posts about in the past. Hopefully, this post resonates! Apr 25, 2025

If you would like to read, Kenny’s Montage I shared in 2022, Here:  is the link.
